In the course of our travels, we found that few cases were tough enough to contain and truly protect our most valuable documents. Then we discovered a small firm in Marsing Idaho that specializes in leather goods for archaeologists and geologists, and our prayers were answered.

Working directly with Gfeller Casemakers, we designed this simple but exquisitely fabricated case with two internal sleeves to hold and safeguard maps, books, essential papers, notebooks, gear, an iPad, or a 13 inch Macbook Air (see "Product Details" below for more information). 

Our Gfeller Document Case is made exclusively for us in extremely limited quantities. The case is hand-stitched with a waxed cord and the robust 8.5 oz. American russet skirting leather is molded and finished with our signature brass snap. The Gfeller case will age gracefully over time and soon possess a patina and a story all to itself.
